We manage and oversee a robust portfolio of financial investments, including listed equities, fixed income, and alternatives like credit, real assets, and private equity funds. Notably, VKR Holding is pivotal as the cornerstone investor in KOMPAS VC, an independent venture capital fund.

At VKR, we focus on the ownership of companies in two main areas: roof windows and skylights, as well as vertical windows. In the first segment — roof windows and skylights — our companies develop, manufacture, and market a wide range of solutions, including options for flat roofs in both residential and commercial buildings. This offering is complemented by products such as blinds, shutters, and home automation. In the vertical windows segments, our companies specialise in vertical windows and exterior doors made from wood, wood-aluminium combinations, PVC and composites. Their production and sales branches are primarily located in Northern Europe, which also serves as their main market.
